CHENNIMALAI MARATHON

1. Instant Digital Ticket Delivery

Chennimalai Marathon 2026 is an athletic sporting event where participation is secured via online registration. There is no physical shipping of paper tickets via postal courier.

Upon successful authentication and payment processing under our merchant entity Zeblio (managed by SNS Emporium), which manages the Chennimalai Marathon portal:

• You will immediately see an on-screen confirmation displaying your registered race category and unique official T-Shirt/Bib number.
• An automated digital confirmation receipt and e-ticket will be dispatched instantly to the email address provided during registration.
• Please check your inbox as well as your Spam/Junk folder if the confirmation email is not visible within 10 minutes of payment.

2. Physical Race Kit & Bib Collection (EXPO Delivery)

Every registered participant is entitled to an official Chennimalai Marathon T-shirt, runner's Bib with timing chip (for 7 KM category), and race day refreshments. These physical items are delivered in person during the official Marathon EXPO / Race Kit Collection Days:

• Location: Designated EXPO venue in Chennimalai, Erode, Tamil Nadu (exact venue details will be emailed 2 weeks prior to race day).
• Collection Schedule: One and two days prior to event day (28 August 2026 and 29 August 2026).
• Mandatory Requirements for Collection: Participants must present a digital copy or printout of their registration confirmation email along with a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or School/College ID for minors).

3. Collection by Authorized Representative

If a participant is unable to collect their race kit in person during the EXPO days, they may authorize a family member or friend to collect it on their behalf. The representative must carry:

• An authorization message or letter signed by the registered participant.
• A copy of the participant's registration confirmation email.
• A valid Government-issued ID of the representative collecting the kit.

4. No Postal Shipping of Race Kits

Under no circumstances will race kits, T-shirts, or runner Bibs be shipped via courier or postal mail to individual residential addresses prior to or after the event. All race merchandise must be collected in person at the EXPO venue in Chennimalai.

5. Sponsorship Confirmations & Branding Deliverables

Event sponsors receive an electronic payment confirmation and sponsorship receipt by email after successful payment. Physical branding deliverables (logo placement on banners, t-shirts, stalls, and stage recognition) are fulfilled at the event venue according to the selected sponsorship package. Sponsor logos and artwork should be shared digitally as requested by the organizers; these materials are not couriered as a “shipment” product and are produced for on-site / digital event use only.
