• Personal Details: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Group, and T-shirt size (for marathon registration).
• Contact Information: Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, District, and Pincode.
• Emergency Support Data: Emergency Contact Number (for marathon participants).
• Sponsorship Details: Company / brand name, contact person, designation, GSTIN (optional), website, sponsorship tier, contribution amount, and any notes provided on the sponsorship form.
• Transaction Metadata: Payment Gateway Order IDs, Transaction Reference IDs, and payment verification signatures (we do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or net banking passwords).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal and organizational data is used strictly for event administration, sponsor recognition, and related communications, specifically to:

• Verify participant age and assign appropriate race categories (3.5 KM Fun Run vs. 7 KM Timed Run).
• Generate official T-shirt numbers and digital runner Bibs.
• Send automated registration / sponsorship confirmation emails, payment receipts, and event-day instructions.
• Display approved sponsor names, logos, and websites on the public sponsors wall (home, prizes, and sponsors pages) as part of event recognition.
• Provide critical emergency medical support on race day using your disclosed blood group and emergency contact.

All online payment transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-approved online payment gateways under our merchant entity, Zeblio (managed by SNS Emporium), which manages and operates the official Chennimalai Marathon portal. At no point do Chennimalai Marathon servers capture or store sensitive banking or card credentials. Payment gateways handle payment authorization over secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted connections.
