The official Chennimalai Marathon portal and online registration payment processing are managed and operated by Zeblio (managed by SNS Emporium).

1. General Return Policy

Chennimalai Marathon 2026 registration is for participation in a timed sporting event, and the race kit (bib, timing chip, event T-shirt, and other collaterals) issued against a confirmed registration is non-returnable once it has been collected by the participant or their authorized representative at the EXPO / kit-collection point.

Since race kits are personalized, sized, and allocated against a specific participant's bib number, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as incorrect self-selected size, change of mind, or non-participation after collection.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Kit Received

If a participant receives a race kit that is damaged, defective, or does not match what was confirmed at the time of registration (e.g., wrong T-shirt size or missing bib/timing chip):

Please report the issue at the EXPO / kit-collection counter immediately, or contact our support team at info@chennimalaimarathon.com within 24 hours of collection.
Include your full name, registered bib number, and photographs of the item received, where applicable.
Our team will verify the issue and, subject to stock availability, arrange a replacement or exchange at the venue. Returns for a monetary refund are not offered; only like-for-like exchange is provided.

3. Sponsor / Merchandise Items

Any additional merchandise or sponsor-provided goods distributed as part of the event kit are provided on an as-is basis and are not eligible for return once collected, except in cases of manufacturing defect reported within the timeline specified in Section 2 above.

4. Event Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorship package payments are financial contributions toward event partnership and branding, not purchases of shippable goods. They are not eligible for return or exchange. Refund eligibility for sponsorship payments is governed separately by our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

5. Uncollected Kits

Race kits not collected by the participant within the official EXPO collection window will be treated as forfeited. Requests for late dispatch, courier delivery, or return of an uncollected kit after the event will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
