CHENNIMALAI MARATHON

1. General Refund Policy

Chennimalai Marathon 2026 registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the online payment is successfully processed and authenticated under our merchant entity Zeblio (managed by SNS Emporium), which manages the Chennimalai Marathon portal.

Because race logistics, timing chips, runner bibs, T-shirt printing, refreshments, and medical support arrangements are committed and customized in advance based on confirmed registration counts, we cannot accommodate cancellation or refund requests for personal inability to attend.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

In the event that a participant experiences a technical glitch or network error resulting in a duplicate payment or multiple debits for a single registration:

• Please contact our support team immediately at info@chennimalaimarathon.com with your full name, registered email address, and Payment Transaction IDs / Reference Numbers.
• Our accounting team will verify the duplicate transaction records with our authorized payment gateway partners within 3 to 5 business days.
• Once verified, any excess or duplicate registration fee will be refunded in full directly to the original source of payment (bank account, UPI, or card used during the transaction).
• Refund processing time typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account after initiation by our merchant team.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

If Chennimalai Marathon 2026 is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions, government directives, or force majeure events:

• Postponement / Rescheduling: All confirmed participant registrations will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event date. No further action is required from the participant.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is entirely cancelled without a rescheduled date, the organizers will notify all registered participants via email and announce a structured refund or resolution process in accordance with banking regulations.

4. Category Change Requests

Requests to switch running categories (e.g., from 7 KM Timed Run to 3.5 KM Fun Run, or vice versa) cannot be processed automatically through the website after payment. Any such request must be submitted via email at least 15 days prior to race day and is subject to organizer approval and slot availability.

5. Event Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorship payments are collected with 0% payment gateway charges. Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once event branding assets, banners, t-shirts, or promotional materials have been sent for printing and production. For sponsorship queries, please contact info@chennimalaimarathon.com.
